Current Your Plan for Health participants can attend the Office of Student Life’s Department of Recreational Sports free “Introduction to Resistance Training” workout series. The class will be located on the RPAC Fitness Floor Balcony (second floor of the RPAC). You will be granted access to the RPAC during class times only. Participation at all four sessions within the workout series is required, as these are progressive workouts. You will learn proper machine adjustments, when to rest between sets, how many reps/sets to perform, and how much weight to use to achieve optimal results over the course of a full eight week program.
