The 9th annual Rally for Wellness fair will be Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010 at Ohio State's Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC).
Exhibits & Free Biometric Health Screenings
Visit the booths of nearly 100 exhibitors and health care professionals from Ohio State and the Columbus community, from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Get a free biometric health screening (pre-register at http://www.osuhealthplan.com/screenings/register/), meet OSU physician office staff and take advantage of complimentary osteoporosis, skin cancer, vision and hearing screenings.
Sample Healthy, Local Food Products
Enjoy healthy cooking demonstrations and sample healthy foods by visiting a number of tasting stations throughout the fair floor.
Meet a Health Coach
Meet members of the OSU Health Plan Personal Health Coaching team and learn how they can help you set and achieve your health and fitness goals (or visit http://www.osuhealthplan.com/members/coaching/.)
Purchase Fresh Produce
Bring cash to buy fresh produce from a farmers market stand.
Give Blood
