EAP can provide valuable services during difficult times.

Illness, death, and dying are not something that most people feel comfortable talking about.  For many people, this topic can be complicated, emotional, and multilayered.  At EAP, we believe that these difficult conversations with loved ones are important.

Ohio State’s EAP offers a 30-minute, complimentary consultation with a network attorney who specializes in estate planning for assistance with wills, revocable living trusts, charitable trusts, and so on. The legal consultation extends to other types of legal matters such as civil, family, criminal, real estate, and the like.  If you wish to retain the attorney after the initial consultation, you will be provided with a preferred rate reduction up to 25% off of the attorney’s normal hourly rate.  For more information, please call 800-678-6265.

The EAP can assist you and your family with this difficult emotional process and offers you five complimentary and confidential sessions with a therapist.

Our website provides you access to fillable templates for a variety of personal and business documents such as wills, power of attorney, complaint letters, sale of goods, and so on. Visit www.osuhealthplan.com/OhioStateEAP to learn more.
