I’m excited to introduce Olivia Bower, who joined the Ohio State University Employee Assistance Program in October 2025 as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). Olivia brings a wonderful mix of curiosity, competence, and calm to our team. She has a natural ability to make people feel at ease, and her approachable style makes her someone you’ll enjoy working with.

Olivia earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio University. Her journey into counseling began in college when she saw firsthand how transformative therapy can be. That experience sparked a passion that continues to guide her work today. Olivia uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to help individuals navigate life’s transitions and better understand themselves. She’s patient, dependable, and deeply committed to supporting employees through challenges both big and small.

Beyond her counseling expertise, Olivia brings valuable experience in workplace health and employee engagement within the behavioral health field. She’s excited to partner with employees across Ohio State, helping them find balance and clarity at work and in life.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys creative projects, gardening, and spending time with her partner and their cats. Her easygoing nature and genuine curiosity make her a great addition to our team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
